#MunCry
Wondering what that means?? This hashtag is used when a match is played between Manchester United and Crystal Palace FC. It is also true that a new shape ManU lost 3-1 to Crystal Palace. So MU(a)N (United fans) might be CRYing (sic) 😐
Scoreline
Wilfried Zaha scored a double when Crystal Palace defeated Manchester United 3-1 on Saturday in the 2020-21 Premier League season here at Old Trafford Stadium. Along with Zaha, Andros Townsend scored a goal for Crystal Palace while Donny van de Beek scored Manchester United’s only goal.
In the match, Manchester United had 76 percent ball possession compared to 24 for Crystal Palace, but the latter managed to win the match by creating more attacking opportunities. I can firmly say that all 3 goals were conceded only because of one man, CB – Victor Lindelöf.

1-0 : Lindelöf’s mistake
The first goal of the #MunCry match was recorded by Andros Townsend in the seventh minute of the match. Tyrick Mitchell played an excellent ball down the left of Crystal Palace’s Jeffrey Schlupp, who in return managed to get a low cross to the goalpost, and in the end, Townsend seized the opportunity to register the first goal. No more goals were scored in the first half and as a result, Crystal Palace came in with a 1-0 lead.

2-0 : Penalty drama
Crystal Palace was awarded a penalty in the 69th minute of the game when Lindelof’s arm found itself in an unnatural position. Ayew made a bad penalty and David de Gea knew how to save the ball. However, the sanction had to be repeated since De Gea was sanctioned for invasion. Zaha came close to taking the penalty this time around and was not wrong, giving Crystal Palace a 2-0 lead in the 74th minute.

3-1 : Debutant scores!
United had a glimmer of hope in the 80th minute when Donny van de Beek scored a goal for the team, making it 2-1. The final goal for Crystal Palace came in the 85th minute when Zaha managed to fight United’s Lindelof to register the ball off the goal post. In the end, Palace went away with a 3-1 victory over the hosts’ Manchester United. #MunCry.
