Guru Purnima 2020
The Guru Purnima festival will take place on July 5. This year too, there will be a shadow of the lunar eclipse on Guru Purnima. In reality, the lunar eclipse always takes place on the day of the full moon and the solar eclipse on the day of the new moon.
The full moon date of the month of Ashadha is known as Guru Purnima. This is the third consecutive year that a lunar eclipse has been observed in Guru Purnima. This will be a lunar eclipse that will not be visible in India. Therefore, even the eclipse here will not be valid.
Guru Tattva can come in front of us in any form.
The full moon of Ashadh month is celebrated as Guru Purnima, the day Maharishi Ved Vyas ji was born. July 5 is the festival of Guru Purnima on Sunday. It is a prayer to the Guru. Greetings to the Guru!. Whatever happiness, prosperity, knowledge, discretion, tolerance in life, it is all attained by the grace of Guru. Today we want to tell you something about Guru Tattva.
Guru Purnima is related to Guru Tattva. Guru means that which leads us from darkness to light. That is, from ignorance to knowledge. Now the element that makes us know will be reverent and venerable.
Guru Tattva can come in front of us in any form. Let’s take an example that if we are traveling in an unknown city, as well as we do not know the route, then we open the navigation in mobile and it shows us the way. This navigation plays the role of Guru at that time. This is the Guru element. Understand from another example – somewhere while going on the road, a child gestures to us and tells us that if the path is closed then that child is also playing the role of Guru element.
