Google Pixel 5
Google launched Pixel 4a earlier this month and that was revealed by us much before. At the time, the company announced that Pixel 4a 5G and Pixel 5 would be released this fall. We have now obtained high-resolution 5K renders and 360-degree videos of the Pixel 5 through reliable tipster OnLeaks and Pricebaba.
A glimpse of the tech
Google has already given a glimpse of the Pixel 5 on its official blog, which gives us a look at its stunning finish and shiny power button. However, in addition to confirming those design details and 5G support, Google has largely wrapped up the Pixel 5. Apart from what we can see in renderers, Onleaks has also shared some key details about the device, including the size and dimensions of its performance.

Design and features
Google Pixel 5 Design and Features Google Pixel 5 is very similar to Pixel 4A, which has a great camera at the back and an additional camera. Like the Pixel 4A, the Pixel 5 will feature a flat display with a hole-in-hole camera in the upper-left corner. The screen is expected to be tiny, around 5.8 inches. The phone has a unibody design, which we have already seen in the teaser on Google’s official blog.
While renders show the phone in black, John Prosser of FrontPageTech recently claimed that the smartphone will also be offered in green. According to Onleaks, the Pixel 5 has a dimension of 144.7 x 70.4 x 8.1 mm (8.5 mm around the camera bump).

Coming to the back panel, we can see a circular fingerprint scanner towards the center and a square camera module in the top left corner. The module has dual cameras and an LED flash. For other elements, the Glossy power button and volume rocker are on the right edge, while the SIM card tray moves to a new position on the lower spine. The bottom edge has dual speakers and a USB Type-C port. At the top is a single noise-canceling mic and an earpiece slit above the display.
Google Pixel 5 specifications and features According to a report by XDA Developers, the Google Pixel 5 will not be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 865 processor but will feature a mid-range Snapdragon 765 chipset, which supports 5G. There is no word yet on RAM and storage options, but we can expect at least 6 GB of RAM like its predecessor, the Pixel 4.
As per speculations, the Pixel 5 may come with an OLED display with QHD + screen resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. It is also learned that the Google Pixel 5 can be powered by a 3,080mAh battery. This puts the Pixel 5 battery above the Pixel 4’s 2,800mAh cell and below the Pixel 4 XL’s 3,700mAh unit.
Android 11 !?
Google usually launches new Pixels with the latest version of Android, and we can expect the Pixel 5 to be the first smartphone to ship with Android 11 out of the box. Google Pixel 5, according to John Prosser, might launch on September 30. Earlier, the official Google France blog stated that pre-orders for the smartphone would start from October 8, but the date after that has been removed. Thanks to Pricebaba and Onleaks for these leaks!
For pricing, @ImJustSayinJC recently claimed that the Pixel 5 could come in a single XL version and would be priced at $ 699 (Rs 52,200). Take it with a pinch of salt as the Indian pricing and availability will be confirmed only when Google reveals it.
